CONSULTATIONS

Please contact the practice to arrange your in-rooms consultation. 

The consultation  includes a physical examination and is approximately 45-60 minutes for the first consultation.

Prior to your consultation the practice will ask you to complete a medical questionnaire and registration form, this is to obtain further information relevant to the consultation.  If you have any other reports relevant to your concerns you can either email them or bring it with on the day.

The practice will arrange for admission, authorization, requested quotes and any further information you may request prior to the decided treatment plan.
